News from the Enrollment Office

Dear Greene Towne Parents,

We hope you had a restful Thanksgiving Holiday! We’re happy to see your children back to their Greene Towne routines this week and eager to explore and learn.

While the month ahead will be busy with holiday preparations and celebrations, in the Enrollment Office, we’re already preparing for the 2019-2020 school year!

A few items to note:

1. Enrollment contracts for the 2019-2020 school year. 

Re-enrollment contracts will be distributed to current families in January 2019, reflecting your child(ren)’s current program schedule, either School Day Montessori, with attendance options until 2:45pm, or All-Day Montessori for families who require care after 2:45pm at least 3-days-a-week. 

Families who wish to request to change their child’s program from School Day Montessori to All-Day Montessori, or the reverse, should contact Erika, egoldberg@gtms.org, as soon as you are able. If space and classroom balance permits, we will be able to change program choices for the next school year.  

2. Sibling Applications to both the Toddler House communities and the Primary School are due no later than December 1. 2018. You are welcome to print an application from here: www.gtms.org/admissions or contact Erika for a hard copy. Sibling application can only receive priority consideration when submitted by December 1. Sibling applications received after December 1 will be considered as space and classroom balance allow.

3. Requests for Financial Aid from returning families must be submitted by Friday, January 4 in order to ensure consideration. Greene Towne’s Financial Aid program is based on demonstrated need and available funds. Families who have submitted a completed financial aid application by January 4 will be notified of award, if any, in time to make a re-enrollment decision.
